Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by unrelaoyie B.V. ("unrelaoyie", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and unrelaoyie regarding your use of our personal chef services, culinary consulting, and related offerings.

2. Company Information

unrelaoyie B.V. is a limited liability company registered in the Netherlands with registration number B63014895 and VAT number NL970258169B02. Our registered office is located at Vijverweg 7, 3056 YI Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.

3. Services Description

unrelaoyie provides premium personal chef services, including but not limited to:

• • Personal chef services for private dining experiences
• • Private event catering and special occasion dining
• • Culinary consulting for restaurants and hospitality businesses
• • Private cooking classes and culinary education
• • Menu development and recipe creation
• • Kitchen design and workflow consulting

4. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official booking system. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from unrelaoyie.

Advance Notice

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for personal chef services and 4-6 weeks for large events. Short-notice bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved electronic payment methods. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.

Additional Costs

Ingredient costs, travel expenses beyond our standard service area, and special equipment rentals may incur additional charges. These will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service confirmation.

Late Payment

Late payments may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. Interest charges may apply to overdue amounts as permitted by Dutch law.

6. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• • Cancellations more than 14 days before service: 50% deposit refund
• • Cancellations 7-14 days before service: 25% deposit refund
• • Cancellations less than 7 days before service: No refund
• • Cancellations within 48 hours: Full payment required

unrelaoyie Cancellations

In the rare event that unrelaoyie must cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide full refund of all payments received and assist in finding alternative arrangements where possible.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate information about dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences
• • Ensuring kitchen facilities are clean and accessible
• • Providing basic cooking equipment and utensils as specified
• • Ensuring safe working conditions and adequate insurance coverage
• • Timely communication of any changes or special requirements
• • Respectful treatment of unrelaoyie staff and contractors

8. Health and Safety

unrelaoyie maintains the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. However, clients must:

• • Inform us of all food allergies and dietary restrictions
• • Understand that cross-contamination risks exist in home kitchens
• • Accept responsibility for any undisclosed allergies or health conditions
• • Ensure proper food storage if meals are prepared in advance

9. Intellectual Property

All recipes, menus, cooking techniques, and culinary concepts developed by unrelaoyie remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any proprietary culinary creations without written permission. Photography and video recording of our services may be restricted and require prior approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

unrelaoyie's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or emotional distress. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

11. Force Majeure

unrelaoyie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, supplier failures, or transportation disruptions.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Services

unrelaoyie reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Significant changes to confirmed bookings will be discussed and agreed upon with affected clients.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. unrelaoyie reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or behaviour that compromises the safety or professionalism of our operations.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and unrelaoyie regarding the use of our services.
